Health Benefits of Omega3 supplements

Omega 3 actually refers to three types of fatty acids, essential to the human body.
These comprise of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid – found in marine oil such as fish oils, krill oil, squid oil, egg oil and algal oil), EPA (eicosapentaenoic – found in marine oil such as krill oil, fish oil, algal oil, egg oil and squid oil) and ALA (alpha-linolenic acid – found in the oil of plants such as hemp oil, echium oil, Sacha Inchi oil, flaxseed oil, berry oils and seabuckthorn seed).
